Service and Maintenance are essential elements in ensuring any residential or industrial electric gate or door entry system continues to be effective, safe and trouble free. Creative Steel takes pride in ensuring all equipment is fully checked to the highest standards before and after installation. Our installations are of the highest standard with safety and appearance being our top priority.
It is important however to test and maintain the equipment at regular intervals to make sure the system will give a long and trouble free life. We are pleased to offer maintenance contracts for gate and automation systems to assist in avoiding breakdowns, wear and tear and generally avoid getting locked in or out, which usually happens at the most inconvenient time.
Our maintenance contract includes:
Annual site service visit
Two FREE incident visits per year
Parts not covered by warranty supplied at retail cost
With a 15% discount Our annual site service and maintenance includes:
Required lubrication of moving parts
Tightening of tension springs, chains, belts, and bolts
Clean and removal of all dirt and insects etc that may have found a home
Entire check of all components for wear in order to help prevent future system failures
